Damaged or Wrong Product
A return or replacement will only be considered if:
- The product is damaged during delivery, or
- You received the wrong item.
Mandatory Proof Requirement
To request a replacement, customers must provide:
- A clear uncut video recording of the package opening
- The shipping label and package must be visible in the video
- The damage/issue must be clearly shown
Claims without proper package opening proof will not be accepted.
Verification Process
Our team will carefully verify the submitted proof. If the claim is found valid after verification:
- A replacement will be arranged, or
- Store support will be provided depending on product availability.
Important Notes
- Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- Edited, cut, or unclear videos will not be accepted.
- Minor color variations due to lighting/screen settings are not considered damage.
